Events

Carnoustie
holds a number of golfing events during the summer season (i.e. April to October)
that will interest amateur golfers and spectators of golfing competitions.
Craws Nest Tassie
The Craws Nest Tassie, for instance, attracts golfers from many different countries,
with some of the entrants hailing from as far afield as the USA, Sweden, England,
Ireland, Wales and, of course, Scotland. The tournament is usually filled within
5 days of entries first being accepted, such is the popularity of this event.
Carnoustie Classic
The Carnoustie Classic is held each year in May. The field is limited to the
first 160 entries. Find out more about the Carnoustie
Classic.
Amateur events
Carnoustie also hosts a number of amateur events, including the Northern Ladies
event in June, and a mixed event (The Cant Cup) in May.
Society golf days
For the less serious amateur player, there are a number of society golf days
available, and these can be booked by contacting the acting club
manager at Carnoustie Caledonia. We can also arrange use of the clubhouse
and catering facilities for visitors who want to take part in society golf days.
